Eligibility The ATC Referral Program is open to all active ATC residential customers in Pine Forest Country Club and The Villages in Jesup, GA ("Referring Customer"). The referred individual ("New Customer") must be a first-time ATC customer or have not had ATC service at the service location within the past 12 months. 2. Referral Credit Both the Referring Customer and the New Customer will receive a $100 credit on their ATC bill upon successful activation of the New Customer’s service, subject to the following conditions: The New Customer must complete all necessary steps associated with establishing new ATC service, including any required installation and agreements. The New Customer’s service must be activated and remain active for 30 days before the credit is applied. The $100 credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 3. Referral Process The New Customer must provide the name and contact details of the Referring Customer at the time of signing up for new service. Referrals must be submitted before the New Customer’s service is activated. Retroactive referrals will not be accepted. 4. Limitations and Restrictions The Program is limited to ten referral credit per New Customer account. The Referring Customer may refer multiple individuals, but credits are only applicable to active ATC accounts. ATC employees, their immediate family members, and individuals residing at the same address as the Referring Customer are not eligible for this Program. If the New Customer cancels service within 30 days of activation, both the Referring Customer and the New Customer will forfeit the credit. 5. Program Changes and Termination ATC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any fraudulent or abusive behavior, including self-referrals or misuse of the Program, may result in disqualification and potential termination of service. By participating in the ATC Referral Program, both the Referring Customer and the New Customer acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
