What Should I Check if My Internet Isn’t Working?
If all your devices have been affected by your connectivity, the most common issue is likely with the router. Check that the router is powered on correctly—blinking or solid lights. If the router seems to be on and connected, try rebooting it by disconnecting the power cord, waiting at least 60 seconds, and reconnecting.
When in doubt, call ATC Broadband. We’re happy to help you resolve the issue, whether that be over the phone or during an in-person service call.
Why Does My Bandwidth Fluctuate?
Bandwidth speed can fluctuate based on a number of factors. For starters, bandwidth depends on how much equipment is using the broadband service. If there are too many smart phones, appliances, or streaming services in use, the bandwidth can slow. Another factor could be the distance from the router—the farther away you are from the router, the spottier your connection can be.
